A local used car lot that’s attached to a Chevy dealer has some vehicles you don’t typically see anymore away from little rinky dink lots or buy here pay here type lots. Their website has a horrible interface so I’m sharing a link to the page and screenshots of the vehicles in question.
Granted they’re all just sitting here to see if they’ll sell before getting carted off to auction, but I still found it surprising.

I want an allante. I have no good reason to want one, but I do.

I just discovered at another location they have a 1999 Prowler up for grabs.
Their website is so bad I had to use separate screenshots to capture a picture of the car and the price

I kinda do too. I think for me it’s partially being a kid on a tour of one of our local GM plants and they had two Allantes and a Reatta sitting right at the entrance for everyone to stare at while waiting their turn to start the tour.

I kinda want that Reatta.
I remember hearing my Spanish teacher in high school (who was a dime back then) talk about a friend of hers getting a new Reatta, and keying herself into the phone directory built into the car as “[teacher’s name] Is Hot!” and including her phone number. I was in 9th grade at the time, so it would’ve been around 1990.
I mean, I thought other things about the car were cool...that’s just the memory that sticks out about the Reatta to me.

same . But I want to do a JDM VIP style build on it.
Something like these.

Whenever I see one I wonder if there’s enough hood clearance to swap a supercharged series 2 3.8 liter into them or not. Gaining 80hp in that car would probably make it pretty fun to drive.

I saw one awhile back and was struck by how timeless those gorgeous Italian lines were...
It’s been added to my Life List.
